All rooms are non-smoking, with free Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Pay on site by debit or credit card. VISA, MasterCard and EC cards are accepted.

Add it to your stay any time for €15 per person – regional and fresh at Café am Museum.

Parking right at the guesthouse, no reservation needed.

You check in independently around the clock at our arrival terminal – enter your surname or reservation number, pay by card, take your key. Check-in is possible from 2 pm, check-out by 11 am at the latest.
Thanks to the arrival terminal, check-in is possible around the clock – even late in the evening you can check in independently at any time.
You can reach us by phone on +49 4124 6083 25 from 7 am to 3 pm. Outside these hours, feel free to leave us a message by email or WhatsApp.
We don't have a classic hotel reception. We are on site as needed or by arrangement – access works conveniently via the arrival terminal (surname or reservation number).
Dogs are allowed on request for a small surcharge. Just let us know in advance.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the day of arrival.
You can add breakfast at Café am Museum to your stay at any time for €15 per person.
Yes, you can enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
We offer parking right at the guesthouse. Spaces cannot be reserved.

A child under 3 stays free in a cot. An older child or adult pays €35 per night for an extra bed. A maximum of one extra bed or cot is possible per room, on request and subject to confirmation.
We don't offer room service, but rooms are cleaned daily.
We don't offer a laundry service, but there is a launderette diagonally opposite the guesthouse.
Unfortunately, our house is not wheelchair accessible.

Yes, you can stop for loading and unloading in the side street right next to the guesthouse.
There is a wide variety of restaurants around the guesthouse – all just a few minutes' walk away.
From Glückstadt station, the regional train takes you comfortably to Hamburg.
